2. Prices and Services

3. Changes and Cancellations

Customers must follow reasonable instructions from drivers, guides, activity operators, and suppliers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are fit and appropriately prepared for any activity they choose to join.

5. Third-Party Providers
Certain transportation, activities, tickets, accommodation, guides, or other services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers. We coordinate bookings but may not directly operate every service. Supplier rules and operational requirements may apply in addition to these terms.
6. Payment Processing
Card, bank transfer, e-wallet, QR, and other payment methods may be handled by Xendit, DOKU, or another authorized payment provider. We do not store customers’ full payment credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, closures, weather conditions, traffic, government restrictions, supplier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
